Memento Motus was designed as a compact mobile installation which created a collaborative and continuous drawing. The space recorded the experiences of participants over multiple days. Collective Shaping was present to lead interaction, as well as leaving the installation to participant’s improvisation to observe how it would be used in our absence. By allowing people to embody their changing feelings in a physical drawing, we hoped to create an anchor for deeper memories of transient, but transformative experiences.
